How long does it take to receive my order?

On average, it takes the LEON STORES team 3–7 business days to ship orders within the USA. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Additionally, nationwide or global shipping delays (such as those caused by COVID-19, holiday volumes, or inclement weather) may impact your estimated delivery date.

Can I cancel my order?

Order cancellations are only accepted within2 hoursof placing the order. After that time, the order will begin processing and cannot be canceled.

I entered the wrong address. What should I do?

Please contact leonstoresmakeup@hotmail.com within 24 hours of placing your order. Be sure to double-check your shipping information before finalizing your order. LEON STORES is not responsible for packages shipped to the wrong address provided by the customer.

How can I track my package?

Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email with your tracking information. You can track your package directly from the LEON STORES tracking page.

Do you accept returns?

All sales are final. We only accept returns if a product arrives damaged or the incorrect item was shipped.

In the rare case that your item is damaged during shipping, please contact our customer service at leonstoresmakeup@hotmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. Be sure to include:

  • Photos of the damaged item(s).
  • A screenshot of your order confirmation email.

Once reviewed, we will either ship a replacement or issue a full refund if the item is no longer available (limited items, collections, etc).

Please note: LEON STORES reserves the right to refuse any returns, reshipments, or refunds.

My items arrived damaged. What should I do?

Contact us at leonstoresmakeup@hotmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. Please provide:

  • Your order number
  • Multiple clear photos of the damaged item(s)

I received the wrong item(s). What should I do?

Please email us at leonstoresmakeup@hotmail.com within 24 hours of receiving your order. Include your order number and a photo of the incorrect item you received so we can resolve the issue promptly.
